At IamCustom Inc., protecting your privacy is one of our priorities. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how that information is used, and the steps we take to keep it secure.

By accessing or using the IamCustom website, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the information below carefully.

Personal Information We Collect

When you use the IamCustom website, you may provide certain personal information to us. For example, when creating an account, you may be asked to provide your first and last name, email address, and a password.

You can browse our website without creating an account. However, certain information will be required when you place an order so that we can process and fulfill your purchase.

For security purposes, our Customer Service team may also ask you to verify certain personal details when you contact us. This helps us confirm your identity and protect the confidentiality of your account and order information.

We do not sell or share your personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their own purposes.

Information Related to Purchases

When you place an order with IamCustom, we collect the information necessary to process your purchase. This may include your name, payment details, and other information required to complete the transaction.

We also collect delivery information, such as the recipient’s name, shipping address, and telephone number, when necessary to fulfill and deliver your order.

Payment and other sensitive information is transmitted through secure systems. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and other appropriate security measures to help protect information while it is transmitted over the internet.

Cookies and Technical Information

Like many websites, IamCustom uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing and shopping experience.

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that can help our website recognize your browser and remember certain information. Cookies allow us to provide features that make your experience more convenient and personalized.

You may be able to adjust your browser settings to control or disable cookies. However, restricting cookies may prevent certain website functions from working properly, including features required to complete a purchase.

For instructions on managing cookies, please refer to your web browser’s settings or Help section.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit and interact with the IamCustom website, certain technical information may be collected automatically. This may include your IP address, browser type, operating system, and the website or page that referred you to our site.

We use this information to help maintain website functionality, improve performance, understand how visitors use our website, and enhance the overall customer experience.

We do not sell or rent this technical information to third parties.

Marketing Communications

From time to time, IamCustom may send promotional communications about new products, special offers, featured merchandise, or other updates that may be of interest to you.

You may choose not to receive promotional emails from us. If you receive a marketing email, you can unsubscribe at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in the message.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your unsubscribe request to be processed.

Opting out of promotional communications will not prevent us from sending important transactional or service-related messages. For example, you may still receive emails concerning orders you have placed, customer service requests, account activity, or important changes to our website or services.

How We Protect Your Information

We understand that providing personal information when making an online purchase requires trust. IamCustom takes reasonable measures to protect the personal information entrusted to us and uses it only for legitimate business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

This may include information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, payment information, and other information that can reasonably be associated with you.

Although we take appropriate steps to safeguard personal information, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

IamCustom may update, revise, or otherwise modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the updated policy is posted on our website.
