After your order is placed and your proof has been reviewed and approved, IamCustom will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that shipping estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the date the order was originally placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and should be used as a general guideline. Actual delivery times may vary depending on order approval, the shipping carrier, delivery destination, selected shipping method, and the products included in your order. Your items may also be shipped separately and arrive in multiple packages.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. IamCustom does not ship orders on weekends.

Shipping timeframes are separate from production time. Production time is the period required to prepare, pick, customize, and decorate your merchandise before it is ready to ship.
