Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed, provided production has not started.

If an order is canceled after 24 hours but before production begins, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total order value may apply.

Because customized products are produced specifically for the customer, orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

If IAMCustom Branding is unable to fulfill an order, we may cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund of amounts paid for the unfulfilled portion of the order.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

7. Product Colors and Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, images, sizes, and specifications accurately. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor, device, lighting, material, printing process, embroidery thread, and other factors.

Minor variations in color, placement, stitching, printing, or product appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur because of production requirements, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, supply shortages, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

IAMCustom Branding is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
